Founder & Head of InnovationFollowing his military service, he worked briefly as a private security contractor with Academi in Afghanistan before returning home and entering law enforcement in 2019.
After serving in patrol, he was selected for his city’s full-time S.W.A.T. team, where he currently serves as the team’s Master Breacher. In his first four years, he participated in over 600 search and arrest warrants.
He holds breaching certifications from both military and law enforcement institutions, spanning mechanical, ballistic, and explosive methodologies, and was the first breacher in his municipality to conduct an operational explosive breach. He is a husband, father, and owner of Chimera Concepts.
Tyler Richardson
Brand Engagement, Social Media SpecialistAfter serving in the military, he transitioned into law enforcement, carrying with him the discipline, loyalty, and sense of purpose forged through his service. Following his time as a patrol officer, he was recruited into his city’s Gang Unit as well as the S.W.A.T. Team.
Outside of the job, he channels that same mentality into family life, creativity, and brand building. As the Brand Engagement and Social Media Specialist for Chimera Concepts, he blends tactical culture, stoicism, and modern warrior philosophy into projects that reflect resilience, brotherhood, and identity.

While my background began in the wedding industry, being married to an Infantryman in the Army National Guard introduced me to the tactical and first responder community — a world I quickly grew to deeply respect and love, slowly helping create a new brand of my work. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Damien is a devoted husband and loving father who values integrity, discipline, and service. While he does not personally come from a law enforcement or military career, he was raised in a military family and carries a deep respect and admiration for the men and women who serve their communities and country. That appreciation continues to influence both his personal values and professional endeavors, driving his commitment to supporting service-minded communities through his work and leadership.
